Similar to a Havarti style, the Tuakau Dream offers a delicate flavour profile with subtle hints of acidity and sweet pineapple flavour.  

Like peanut butter on the roof of your mouth, the creaminess of this medium cheese makes this cheese incredibly moorish.

Delicious with a fruity paste, terrine or fruit salami. Serve with baguette, oat cakes or crackers, or simply enjoy by itself.

Match with a sweeter light white wine, e.g. Pinot Gris, Riesling, or lightly oaked Chardonnay.
