Ideal for pairing with a fruity paste, condiment, honey comb, a slice of green apple or pear, walnuts or almonds. Serve on baguette, oat cakes or crackers, or simply enjoy by itself.
We recommend a wine match of a sweeter white wine (Pinot Gris, Riesling, or sticky - port, sauternes etc) or an earthy Pinot Noir or other red varietal.
