This 18-month plus, aged medium Dutch style gouda with cumin seeds is one of the best examples in New Zealand of this iconic cheese. The additional aging sees the texture of the cheese harden and the flavour become more robust. The creaminess of the younger gouda gives way to a dryer yet more intense salinity which complements the sharp cumin seed flavour perfectly.

Ideal for pairing with a fruity paste, condiment or cured meat on baguette, oat cakes or crackers, or simply enjoyed by itself.
