Made in Nelson from 100% all natural ingredients. Owners Benoit and Anne of French and Swiss origin respectively make their pate's and parfaits the traditional way to get maximum flavour and texture in to their products. Beautiful with a fresh Gourmet Gannet Baguette and some cherry paste.
