Delivery Information

Delivery information for artisan cheese deliveries

Customers will be emailed or SMS (Text message) with delivery details, including track and trace number once the order has been dispatched.

All cheese deliveries are dispatched the following business day. The cheese will be couriered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Cheese is dispatched with a cooling pad and insulated packaging to ensure the cheese arrives chilled and fresh. Delivery usually takes place overnight for metro areas and within 48 hours for rural areas. However please use the provided track and trace number to monitor progress of your delivery. A signature is required for delivery in most cases.

In the event attempted delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the local courier depot and a card to call left at the address. It is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with the courier company if delivery is unsuccessful. The Cheese Room is unable to take responsibility for orders where delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive the order.

Delivery is only available in New Zealand.
