Raclette

Perfect to use for your next raclette night, this New Zealand made alpine style medium soft cheese melts beautifully and has a delicious slightly nutty flavour. Simply add your own meat, crusty bread, potatoes, or other vegetables and melt over the top for a delicious snack or meal.

It's very rare to find a Swiss style melting cheese made in New Zealand, but the cheesemakers at Little River Estate with their European training have taken the best A2 Cow's milk available in Nelson and created the perfect cheese for you to recreate the classic European melted cheese meals.

Sold in 500g wedges.

We recommend approx 150-200g of Raclette per person, for a Raclette meal.

For bigger groups we have half wheel Raclette heaters available for hire.
