Ashed during making, a chewy rind covers the ash, which when penetrated, gives way to a liquid, creamy layer and chalky centre. Mild goat tang in its youth with strong cabbage and vegetal notes as it ages, the Reginald is a stunning feature cheese for your next cheese platter

A sweet fruit paste, we particularly like the Rhubarb Paste and goat's cheese combination.

Bubbles, light to medium acidity white wines e.g. Sauvignon Blanc or Provence style rose.
