Gruyere

A lovely balance between sweet fruit tones and nuttiness in a semi firm interior with a natural rind. This classic Swiss cheese is warming and great for melting or enjoying on a cheese platter. Made with unpasteurised cow's milk.

A sweet cherry butter or pinot noir jelly.
